Our half day snorkeling tours will take you through the 'Au'au Channel to the island of Lanai. This channel is one of the most protected areas of ocean in the Hawaiian Islands. Once we arrive to Lanai you will immediately notice the untouched rugged coastline of the underpopulated island. Of course with such a pristine Hawaiian island, with its vast sheer sea cliffs and breathtaking mountain views, the coral reef has been also left untouched. Lanai is simply, the best snorkeling in all of Hawaii.

What to Expect

After we drop anchor off Lanai island, it is your chance to swim & snorkel with turtles, dolphins, spotted eagle rays, moray eels and a number of reef fish species amongst the colorful coral reef.

We supply all your snorkeling equipment, snack and drinks. There is an on-board bathroom, coolers and fresh water showers, swim platform, two wide loading ladders and a Bimini hard top covering most of her deck for sun protection.

The Boat

Hop aboard the "Sanity" snorkeling boat out of Whaler's Village, Kaanapali, Maui.

A custom built boat exclusively for charters in mind, perfect for this excursions of choice. Comfortable with 32 individual cushioned seats and dry storage underneath, 24 seats shaded by a Bikini hard top, handrails, cup holders, large coolers stocked with ice, water, juice and various refreshments. Sanity has twin Cummings inboard turbocharged diesel engines with over 700 horsepower custom built swim platform with ladder for easy on and off ocean access.

• All Tours depart from Whaler’s Village between Leilani’s on the Beach Restaurant & the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort from the Beach.
  
• Zodiac will shuttle our clients to either boats from shore.

Captain will always give a full descriptions of vessels, location of all life jackets, safety devises and equipment. Coast Guard Certified and all passengers must sign a waivers. Activity provider reserves the right to refuse activity to guests and guests with limited mobility, questionable medical, physical and or mental conditions which includes and not limited to height and or weight. No back injuries, recent surgeries, no pregnancies. Not responsible for any loss or misplaced items.
