Smoked Kalua Pork - This is a savory traditional Hawaiian dish. The Imu (in-ground oven) cooked pork meat falls off the bone, and is typically very tender and moist, with a slightly salty, smoky flavor that is just delicious.
Shoyu Chicken - A local cuisine with Japanese roots. Succulent chicken pieces are simmered in a savory concoction of soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and other secret island spices until tender and falling off the bone.
Mac Nut Mahi Mahi Fish - If you want to try seafood in Hawaii, it’s hard to find better fish to enjoy than locally caught Mahi Mahi. We serve ours with a macadamia nut crème sauce
Crisp Vegetable Stirfry - For all the Vege lover's out there, we make this special for you. And we keep it crispy so there is a snap to your bite.
Lomi Lomi Salmon - A cold side dish in Hawaiian cuisine, it is a fresh tomato and salmon salad, prepared by mixing raw salted, diced salmon with tomatoes, sweet gentle Maui onions, green onion, and occasional flakes of red chili pepper.
Traditional Poi - Poi is the staple of the traditional Hawaiian diet. It is made from the corm of the taro plant by mashing the cooked taro until it is smooth. It is of purple color and slightly sweet.
Local Salad & Taro Rolls - A medley of Local Greens served with mandarin oranges, radish sprouts crisp rice noodles & Asian dressing
Steamed Rice - What can we say, it’s fresh, hot, steamed rice! Doesn’t have much flavor on it’s own... but it makes the Kalua Pork taste REALLY good!
Ube Cheesecake Dessert - a Filipino-inspired dessert that harmoniously blends the rich creaminess of classic cheesecake with the vibrant, purple-hued sweetness of ube, a tropical yam.
