Journey into the rolling foothills of the mountains for an evening of local cowboy culture, known in Hawaii as Paniolo's.
Visit Hawaii's cowboys on a working cattle ranch where you will enjoy an insightful narration on the history of the Paniolo's, activities for all ages, live country music with line dancing, and a gourmet prime rib dinner on the open air deck overlooking rolling green pastures as the sunsets. We end the evening by roasting marshmallows around the country campfire.
